4. Candle Safety and Product Use

Always read and follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product.

For candles:

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.

Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Follow the product’s wick-trimming, burn-time, and stop-use instructions.

Do not move or handle a candle while burning or while the vessel or wax is hot.

Do not burn a candle in a cracked or damaged vessel.

For laundry detergent:

Use only as directed on the product label.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Do not ingest, and avoid contact with eyes.

Follow garment care instructions and your washing machine manufacturer’s guidance.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Our products are intended only for their stated uses. These instructions supplement, and do not replace, the warnings on individual product labels.

5. Prices and Promotions

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

We may change prices, discontinue products, or modify promotions for future purchases without notice. Promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions and expiration dates.

If a pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before requesting any additional payment. If we cancel an order because of an error, we will refund any payment collected for the canceled items.

6. Orders and Payment

If your package is missing or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

8. Returns and Shipping-Damage Replacements

All sales are final, except for qualifying shipping damage or as otherwise required by applicable law. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on fragrance preference or change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no additional cost when you:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery;

Provide your order number; and

Submit clear photographs showing the damaged item and its shipping packaging.

Please retain the damaged item and packaging until we finish reviewing your claim. Once the shipping damage is verified, we will arrange your replacement.

Do not use a damaged product or return it without instructions from us.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including those relating to defective, incorrect, or undelivered goods.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that a request can be accommodated once processing has begun.

This provision does not limit cancellation or refund rights required by law.
